Since all homesites are different, our pricing is subject to a detailed quote considering your particular homesite, the desired materials, soil conditions, the size of the pool and spa, the size of the patio, etc. The size of the pool and spa is probably the largest variable in determining cost for an outdoor living area. Blue Haven's average pool price in 2007 was $44,500.00. The average pool & spa price was $56,800.00. The average outdoor kitchen / bbq price was $5,400.00. The average fireplace price was $14,000.00. Beyond the size of the pool and spa and the water features desired, the square footage of the patio and the materials used is another important variable in determining the price of an outdoor living area. To give you an idea of the variation in the cost of a patio, here is a breakdown of the different materials on an installed / per square foot basis.

Travertine - $11.00 - $20.00 per square foot (French pattern is closer to $20.00 per square foot)

Brick Pavers - $9.00 - $12.50 per square foot

Stone / Cobble Pavers - $18.00 - $24.00 per square foot
